Every Happy Mat Living candle includes an exclusive guided meditation, thoughtfully created to complement the intention and fragrance of your chosen ritual. Simply scan the QR code included with your candle using your phone camera and follow the on-screen instructions. If a password is printed on your card, enter it when prompted. Then settle somewhere comfortable, press play and allow yourself a few quiet moments to pause, breathe and reconnect — no app is needed.

For your safety, always keep a burning candle within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface. If you may fall asleep or move away during the meditation, extinguish the candle first.

Your Happy Mat Living candle is prepared and packed with care. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. UK tracked delivery normally takes a further 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout. During launches, pre-orders and busy seasonal periods, dispatch may take a little longer; any different timescale will be shown on the product page before you order.

• To get the best from your candle, trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.

• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.

• Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children and pets.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
